About San Fernando Valley, CA - Happy to be your hometown Heating & Air Conditioning Contractor!

The San Fernando Valley is near Los Angeles, CA and is known locally as “The Valley.”   It is a stunning area that offers proximity the big city with a low-key and more peaceful atmosphere.  This region is home to many towns and is known for its beautiful weather all year and its unbelievably beautiful natural landscapes as well as gorgeous home and rich and famous residents.

Calabasas, San Fernando and parts of Los Angeles all lie within the valley.  There are other towns as well and unincorporated communities, as well.  In this region you will find many parks and outdoor activities and many locals look to this area as an escape from the “craziness” of the urban center of L.A.  Upper Las Virgenes Canyon Open Space Preserve is one such park that people use as a refuge.  This park features trail network where you can hike, mountain bike, and horseback ride.  There are miles and miles of beautiful trails to enjoy.  There are many other similar parks with trails, canyons, hiking areas and mind-blowing vistas well.

This area is great as an escape but if you live in or visit the San Fernando Valley you will certainly want to spend at least a little time in Los Angeles shopping, dining and enjoying culture.  The great thing is that the weather almost always permits any activity.  You can shop on Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills which is one of the most famous and expensive shopping areas in the world.  A little less cash to spend? Check out the Third Street Promenade in nearby Santa Monica. There you will find an exciting and family-friendly atmosphere with shopping, dining, a farmer’s market, street performers and less expensive shops.
